MILLTURN – The First Choice for the Crankshaft Industry

MILLTURN offers the best alternative to conventional manufacturing methods for the complete machining of crankshafts, including deep drilling of oil ducts or gear production, especially for large crankshafts or prototypes. In particular, the machining of forged components places high demands on the manufacturing process due to their metallurgical structure. Deformations during machining caused by unstable workpiece geometries can only be effectively compensated for by machine and software functions specially developed by WFL. Regardless of whether high-performance rough machining or precise pre-finishing is required – all crankshaft geometries can be completely machined on the MILLTURN from WFL.
