LINEAR TECHNOLOGY

Gear teeth

The teeth of the main gears are hardened and ground. The hub and bore will be processed according to the working range. In this way, the delivery time will be shorter and the application range will be expanded. Parameters such as module or number of teeth can be freely selected according to customer requirements. Please send us your specific configuration to get a corresponding quotation.

Sprockets for battery chains

Our sprockets and chainwheels are made from C 45, stainless steel and special material. In addition to hardened teeth, we can also supply refined surfaces. Standard sprockets are supplied with a hub on one side and are suitable for simplex, duplex and triplex chains. In addition, our product range includes a number of options regarding bore circumference holes and lightening holes. Our standard range includes sprockets with a pitch of p = 6 mm to p = 76.2 mm and material strengths from 500 N / mm² to 600 N / mm².

These sprockets are supplied with pre-bored holes according to our catalogue and can usually be supplied from stock. If the number of teeth exceeds a certain minimum, cast iron sprockets can also be supplied. We are also happy to offer different types upon request.

Steel sprockets are suitable for simplex chains in accordance with ISO 606. Our range includes sprockets with a pitch of p = 6 mm to p = 76.2 mm with a material strength of 500 N / mm² to 600 N / mm² and pre-drilled holes in accordance with the specifications in our catalog. On request, we can supply sprockets with non-standard holes and threaded holes on the circle. This way, you receive individually matched and matched end products that are ready for installation. In addition, we can offer our customers a wide range of stainless steel sprockets for roller chains in accordance with ISO 606. The characteristic features are the same as those of sprockets made of normal steel. Our range includes sprockets with a pitch of p = 9.525 mm to p = 25.4 mm with the following number of teeth: 13 / 15 / 17 / 19 / 21 / 23 / 25.

Special requirements – our criteria in product design Our product development is constantly looking for new solutions for special applications. These efforts are often driven by customer needs for new projects. Some applications present a particular challenge for us. For example, there are some drive systems in which relubrication of the chain is not possible, but a long service life must nevertheless be guaranteed. Therefore, product development also means developing new solutions together with suppliers for us. One aspect is the development of innovative solutions for chains that do not need lubrication at all, which is especially important in the food and beverage industry. However, the development of conventionally lubricated chains is also ongoing. Thanks to the increased efficiency of our lubricants, cost-effective and environmentally optimized applications are now possible.
