THERMOSTAT PEUGEOT 206TUS
INFORMATION:
– Valve open temperature: 89 °C+0/3°C
– Valve full open temperature: 101 °C MAX
– Amount of stroke: At the Full open temperature (101 °C MAX) minimum stroke shall be 7.5 mm
– Hysteresis: To be within 3 °C at 2mm lift
– Water leak rate: with water 0.3 bar and 10°C to 30°C total over all leakage shall be 1 lit/h MAX
– Resistance to overheating: 30 minute at 140°C in coolant. After the rest, the Thermostat must still be functional.
– Response time: After holding the Thermostat at 115°C start of opening within 20sec and stroke must be minimum 7.5 mm within 100sec.
– Flow rate: Flow rate at full open (7.5mm) must be 150 lit/min minimum. (p=0.3 bar)
– Water leak: with water 3 bar. The leakage shall be zero between thermostat with cap and the bottom.
– The seal rubber have to assemble on the thermostat .after that, the seal rubber have to glue to thermostat cap attention: Do not coat the other surface of thermostat cap with the glue.
– The thermostat should be fix with to screw (M6x1).The torque is 7NM +0/-1 NM
– Can be customized based on customer’s request.
